I had a problem with a control board in my six year old built in refrigerator. The repair company and the manufactures rep. both told me the part was not available and could not be fixed. My option was to buy a new $8,000 refrigerator. (They were going to give me a discount.) I called Molly and she got back to me within a few hours with a contact phone number at the manufactures headquarters and a strategy to get my refrigerator fixed.
